Our mission is to prepare workforce candidates for jobs through intense short term skills training.

We are dedicated to making sure that our candidates receive the needed hard skills and soft skills training to qualify for entry level trades positions available in the local market.

Our purpose  is to insure that all candidates, upon successful course completion, have developed a vehicle to enable a starting point for a new career.   

Workforce Innovators works with employers and staffing agencies to understand the local workforce needs and prepares its students through short term skills training to meet those needs.
